     Here at Jeannie Fitness, we strive to help our members maintain a healthy balance between their workout goals and life. Jeannie Warfel-Letourneau(owner and instructor),  has been teaching fitness classes for over 35 years will give you the best workout possible to help you reach your fitness goals and give you a place to have fun and make new friends.  Because our classes are smaller and private, you will receive more personal attention from Jeannie and  our instructors. The small class environment is a plus because of the support and encouragement you get from our members. You can attend all of our classes with our monthly membership or you can choose other membership options that best fit your needs. 

 CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:


YOGA: Our yoga classes will tone and strengthen your whole body, increase flexibility and increase core strength. You will leave relaxed and re-energized by connecting the mind, body, and breath as one. Our yoga styles include: Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa, and Astanga yoga .  Pilates and some kind of core work are done in each class.

 

 ZUMBA FITNESS: Get ready to have the time of your life in this class. Zumba Fitness is an amazing cardio dance workout. Here at Jeannie Fitness we try to include different rhythms around the world. The classes include all the Latin rhythms, Bollywood, Bhangra, Country, Hip Hop, and more! 


STRONG BY ZUMBA: STRONG by Zumba is the new thing. This HIIT workout stands for high intensity tempo training. This class literally will push you to your limits with high intensity intervals of cardio and strength moves . There is no equipment used in this class. All the exercises are done with your own body weight. What makes this class unique is the music which is specifically designed for the workout.  (PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A ZUMBA CLASS AND RESEMBLES A HIIT OR BOOTCAMP CLASS)


BOOTYBARRE: The class combines yoga,ballet, and pilates in a unique workout that works every muscle in your body. If you like barre classes you will love Bootybarre. The Bootybarre format is taught in the rhythm of fun music.  This class requires a sign up to attend due to limited space.
